If you see this message when you try to add a product to your cart, it means that your account has been registered for longer than 5 years, and we need to review and confirm that your organisation is still eligible. Having an expired account does not mean you have lost your status; only that we need to re-validate it every five years.
What do I need to submit?
Please send an email to customerservice@charitydigital.org.uk confirming your organisation's charity number and charity name and let us know that you would like to update the account status.
When can I use my account again?
After we confirm your information is still accurate, your account will be revalidated for five more years. We will notify you once your account is updated and you will be able to sign in and continue to request donations and generate TechSoup Validation Tokens again.
