How long does it take to receive my product?

Our partners each have their own delivery schedules - this means that none of our products are available for instant delivery. The average waiting time for a product is usually within 3 business days

• Bytes of Learning - Up to 10 days from the date we receive your admin fee payment
• Cisco - Up to 28 weeks from the date we receive your admin fee payment
• Mailshell - Up to 10 days from the date we receive your admin fee payment
• Microsoft On-premise (no software assurance) - 24-48 hours from the date we receive your admin fee payment
• Microsoft On-premise (software assurance)- 48 hours to receive software assurance contract from Microsoft from the date we receive your admin fee payment. Once signed a further 24 hours for the software
• Microsoft Cloud - up to 30 minutes from the date we receive your payment
• Adobe - 2 Business days from the date we receive your admin fee payment
• Bitdefender - up to 5 Business days from the date we receive your admin fee payment
