Products are fulfilled by our donor partners; they aren’t sent out by tt-exchange. The time this takes varies by donor. You can find out how long each donor takes by looking at their fulfilment schedules.
All product fulfilment emails that provide licences or other information to enable you to retrieve your products will be sent to your organisation's registered email address. You can find out what this address is by going to 'My Account'. Scroll down to the ‘organisation contact information' section and the registered email address is displayed next to the label: 'Email (Primary)'
