If you need to update your user details then please contact us at customerservice@charitydigital.org.uk from one of the email addresses you have registered with us stating the following:

• Full name of the new contact
• New contact email address
• The job title of the new contact

Once we have updated your details we will notify you via email and you will then be able to reset your password and log in.
