Charity Digital Exchange - All you need to know

Getting Started:

When you enter the product catalogue, you’ll be greeted right away with the option to start searching for different offerings. Before you get stuck in it’s worth getting the sign up out of the way so you don’t get held up later on in the process, and it only takes a minute.

If you head over to the top right corner you’ll see 'Sign Up' where you’ll have the option to register as either a supplier or an NGO.

If you’re registering as an NGO, the sign-up process you go through will depend on whether or not you’re registered on the Charity Digital Exchange. When you reach the sign up page you’ll be greeted with the option to choose which of these apply to you.

If you aren’t yet registered on the Charity Digital Exchange that’s no problem, you’ll simply be redirected to sign up quickly. This takes an extra few minutes but will mean you could also qualify for software donations here, with savings of up to 97% across a range of partners.

If you are already registered on the Charity Digital Exchange then it’s simple, all you’ll need to do is set a password for the marketplace to go with your Charity Digital Exchange registered email address.

As soon as you receive the password reset email, you’ll be good to go.

You can apply filters for the size of your organisation, the type of service you provide and by what sort of software you’re looking for. These categories cover all the software essentials from design to security.

In each of the sections there are more specific categories so you can get really specific with what you’re after.

Each product on the marketplace has been handpicked and we believe they all have something to offer the sector.

Whilst not every product will be right for every organisation, we have ensured the focus remains on products that are designed for or support the needs in the sector.

Better yet, a number of organisations listed on the marketplace offer either free plans or exclusive charity discounts to help your budget stretch even further.
