Once you have ordered an on-premise license for Microsoft software, you are directed to the VLSC to download and activate your software.
The process is being updated. Customers will use Work or School accounts to access on-premise software.
You will see a message informing you of the update
VLSC users who are not currently using a Work or School account (WSA) will be prompted to create one
You may see this prompt in your VLSC account
You will be able to access your on-premise software in this section of your 365 admin center
